France has called for a “special partnership with Morocco, one of the rare countries that are considered as France close friends” said Benoît Hamon, French Delegate Minister for Social and Solidarity Economy.
“I can attest one thing.. all the French government, including the president of the state, maintains and reiterates its desire that Morocco is the country with which we must maintain and improve this exceptional partnership, “said the minister, who has just completed a business visit to Morocco.
The French minister, whose visit comes right after a short period of strained relationship between Rabat and Paris, also thanked the Moroccan authorities “for their readiness, as expressed during the meetings, to maintain and ameliorate this partnership.. I am pleased about it ” Benoît Hamon said.
