The Moroccan Minister of Transport, Equipments and Logistics, Mr. Aziz Rabbah and his Qatari counterpart, Mr. Jassim Bin Seif Al Ahmed Ben Sulaiti, have reiterated the two countries determination to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of transport-related and major infrastructure projects.
Mr. Rabbah highlighted that the Moroccan Qatari cooperation is currently oriented towards a new strategic partnership, which targets different large scale projects, based on economic fundamentals.
The Moroccan minister emphasized also the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the field of infrastructure and technical projects; such as, the port-related industries, airports, railways ,highways and logistics.
Worth mentioning that this working visit comes right after the 5th session of the Moroccan-Qatari High Joint Commission, recently held in Rabat; during which, the two states agreed to set up a working group to promote bilateral cooperation in all areas related to transportation.
