An Earthquake of 4.9 Magnitude and of approximately 18 km circumference hit Ifrane, Morocco at 08:56 GMT+1 today.
The earthquake’s epicenter is Dayat Aoua’s lac, located in Ifrane’s National Park.
Up to know, no casualties have been reported.
Many people in the Ifrane region, especially those who were still sleeping at the time of the event, were reported to have felt a considerable shake.
It is worth pointing out that Dayat Aoua’s lac is located only 14km north of Ifrane.
