American woman, who threw a shoe at the former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, faces two years in prison, a report said.
Allison Michelle Ernst (36) threw a shoe at the speaker Hillary Clinton during a lecture at the Hotel Las Vegas, KTLA reported.
Clinton wasn’t hurt and took the incident with a sense of humor.
Ernst was charged with violating the boundaries of human freedom and committing violent actions.
According to the channel, the woman will remain in custody until June 24, the first consideration of her case in Las Vegas court.
Ernst may face up to two years imprisonment.
