Ban Ki Moon receives an open letter signed by Hundreds of detained Moroccans in the Algerian Tindouf Camps

The Moroccan Autonomy Plan supporters Forum revealed that Hundreds of detained Moroccans, in the Algerian Tindouf camps, have sent an open letter to the UN General Secretary , Mr. Ban Ki Moon, denouncing the biased content of his recently submitted report to the UN Security Council, about the Sahara Affair.

According to the same Forum, the detained Moroccans from Sahara origins, called upon the UN General Secretary to be “more investigative, accurate and precise” in his reports about the Human Rights situation in the Sahara, before adding “Mr. Banki Moon had to put more precision on the systematic Basic Human Rights violations in Tindouf Camps”.

The Moroccan Saharaouis, who signed the letter, concluded that “the Moroccan autonomy plan is the right mechanism to protect human rights in the Sahara region”.
