Following an invitation from Mr. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, King Mohammed VI is making an official work-visit to Beijing on June, to sign the Moroccan Chinese Strategic cooperation.
This visit, coming after the latest monarch’s long tour in various sub-saharan countries, will mark the beginning of new tripartite economic cooperation. In this regard, Morocco, considering its recently well developed transportation and maritime facilities, is going to play the strategic role of an “essential trade contributing bridge” between China and the rest of African countries.
Good to note that the Investments Developing Moroccan Agency has signed, early this April, an agreement memorandum with its Chinese counterpart to further the investments partnership.
