The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is satisfied with the necessary facilities that were put in place to host the 2015 African Cup of Nations (CAN) scheduled for next January in Morocco.

”Through the voice of its vice president, Almamy Kabele Camara, who led the inspection mission, the CAF stated its satisfaction with the quality of the inspected infrastructure (stadiums, hotels, roads and telecommunications)” notes the official website of the CAF.

The inspection led by the CAF mission lasted from April 14 to 21. It targeted cities that will host the competition; Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir and Tangier.

The CAF and the Royal Federation for Moroccan Football have agreed to meet in Cairo on Saturday 26th of April, a day before the draw for the competition’s qualifiers, and the meeting of the CAN’s organizing committee.
