Yazaki, the Japanese manufacturer of automotive cables, will launch in July, the construction of its third plant affiliate in Morocco. This new affiliate will be established in Meknes and will offer around 3,000 jobs.
The total investment for this new unit is approximately €20 million. The Japanese group, already has two production sites in Morocco, one in Tangier and the other in Kenitra, each employing more than 2500 people.
Yazaki has around 15 production sites in Morocco, Ukraine, Tunisia and Bulgaria.
