Elements of the Judicial Police of Azemmour were able to arrest “Mutawakkil”, one of the top dealers who used to operate at the level of the Benchekroun neighbourhood.
This arrest came within the scope of a large campaign by the Judicial Police of the city aimed at fighting crime of all kinds, especially those that are drug related.
It is worth noting that security forces in Azemmour have entered a state of high alert in different areas of the city, in order to reduce crime and dry up all sources of drugs and of all types, during which dozens of wanted criminal at a national level were arrested, and a significant amount of drugs was seized.
This arrest was welcomed by residents of the city, since the drug dealer “Mutawakkil” was luring minors to sell drugs for him, which has led a good number of the neighbourhood’s youth behind bars.
