The Ministry of Justice and Freedoms has decided to form a committee to investigate the recent claims about recordings that contain accusations of manipulating employment competitions inside the ministry, according to a released statement.
According to the same statement, creating this committee was based on what has been published on some media this week, regarding the existence of an audio recording that could contain information regarding the manipulation of public affairs and employment competitions between 2008 and 2011 as well as a claim of taking revenge against the employee in charge of these recordings by transferring him outside of the capital.
The statement adds that Minister of Justice Mr Ramid will follow the necessary legal procedures based on what the committee will report to him, and that he will make sure to inform public opinion about the results.
