Elements of the Customs department at the Mohamed V airport have been able to seize 3.22 kilograms of cocaine, reports Aufait Moroccan news outlet.
The passenger who arrived from the Brazilian city of São Paulo has been the subject of a thorough search, which led to the discovery of the copious amounts of said drug.
The drug was packaged in different forms including soap packets, hair brushes as well as in the form of capsules hidden in the suspect’s person.
The foreign national has been presented before the judicial police for further questioning and investigation only minutes after the seizure of the drugs.
