Rabat, Morocco (TMT)-According to the Moroccan news outlet Aujourd’hui, the famous British musician Eric Clapton is decided to live in the beautiful Moroccan city of Chefchaouen.
Author and singer of famous songs such “Leyla” and “Cocaine”, Eric Clapton discovered the beauty of the blue city, located at the foothills of the Rif Mountains during a visit to Tangier.
The same source adds that Eric Clapton has previously asked a friend of his who lives in Tangier to look for a house on his behalf, a project which dates back to 1998. However, the decision has not been made until recently.
The city of Chefchaouen represents a haven for celebrities wishing to retire with its simple life style, absence of traffic and incredible mountain views.
