Napoli fancy their chances of signing Moroccan international Adel Taarabt after his successful spell at AC Milan last season.
As reported by ‘Gazetta dello Sport’, Napolitan coach Rafa Benitez appreciates Taarabt and would like him to remain in Serie A under his management.
The Moroccan Balotelli, 25, was on loan at AC Milan for six months from Queens Park Rangers. He was one of the best Rossoneri players under Clarence Seedorf scoring four goals -including one goal against Napoli- in 16 appearances.
According to the same source, negotiations are on their way and the club is ready to submit an € 8 M bid. This transfer might be quickly finalized since Queens Park Rangers have previously set the attacking midfielder’s price around € 7 M. Also, the Spanish coach has prepared a lucrative 4-year contract for Taarabt with a salary of € 1.5 M per season.
