The Anti-Terrorism court prosecutor in Salé has condemned today, a 31-year-old French national, named Christophe Pascal Berne, for preparing terrorist acts in the kingdom.
The French national was previously arrested on July 11 in Sidi Slimane, after disrupting a collective prayer in the mosque, on the ground of not following the real Sunna.
Mr. Berne told the local authorities, later during the investigations, that he previously pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the so-called caliph of the Islamic state, commonly known as ISIL or Daiich .
