Besiktas’ president Fikret Orman met up with Dinamo Kiev’s president Ihor Surkis in the city of Nice, France to ask about Younes Belhanda.
The Turkish team is trying to use the political instability in Ukraine to sign the International Moroccan player.
The official website of Besiktas reported that Surkis will consider selling the former FC Montpellier midfielder if a serious offer was made.
On the other hand, Turkish sport analysts believe that the transfer might not be happening, since Dinamo Kiev paid over €10.000.000 for Belhanda last year.
Besiktas is, however, willing to pay at most €6.000.000 for the Midfield player.
