The Palestinian Authority is going to sue Israel at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for ‘war crimes against Palestinian civilians.’
“Everything that has happened in the last 28 days is clear evidence of war crimes committed by Israel, amounting to crimes against humanity. There is no difficulty for us to show or build the case. Evidence is there … Israel is in clear violation of international law,” Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad al-Malki told reporters in The Hague.
Upon reception of the complaint, The Hague legal experts said that the complaint is valid, although the Palestinian Authority has yet to sign up to the Hague-based ICC.
Malki added: “If it entails action committed by Palestinian groups (against Israelis) [Referring probably to Hamas] then we are ready to accept that,” Malki said.
“But nothing compares to the atrocities, the carnage, committed by Israel,” he closed.
It is worth reminding that the UNICEF said that more than 400 kids passed away during Israel’s onslaught on Gaza.
