The Moroccan ministry of Transport and Equipment has announced that the number of fatal accidents registered in the kingdom has decreased by 13.55% for the first seven months of 2014 in comparison with the same period last year.
The ministry also mentioned that the number of recorded deaths has know a significant decrease of 17.24%, while the number of dangerous injuries has dropped with 15.15% for the same period as well.
Worth mentioning that the ministry declared earlier this year that starting from 2015, Moroccan checkpoints will be equipped with Alcohol Testers in a move to decrease further the number of road accidents.
