Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sissi is expected to visit Morocco on September 21st for an official visit of three days.
This will be his first visit to the kingdom since his election as the president of the Egyptian Republic.
King Mohamed V addressed on July 7 a message to Al Sissi in which he expressed his wishes for “more progress and prosperity to Egypt”, expressing his “full support to the country and everything that is likely to achieve stability and prosperity to the Egyptian people.”
The royal message was delivered by Foreign Minister Salaheddine Mezouar who seized the opportunity to express the “will of Morocco to expand areas of bilateral cooperation and to strengthen the privileged relations between the two countries through the acceleration of the holding of the Joint High Commission.”
