Chelsea look set to sign the Belgian footballer of Moroccan descent Zakaria Bakkali in January after moving ahead of Liverpool in the race for the player.
Bakkali is destined to leave PSV in the new year after turning down a new contract, and Liverpool had looked favourites to bag him, Metro reported.
But the superb winger, who has been dubbed the new Eden Hazard, is now more likely to join Chelsea according to reports, with Jose Mourinho pushing to do business.
Mourinho is believed to be a huge admirer of the 18-year-old, and is confident of bringing him to Stamford Bridge.
