Morocco’s insurance company Saham has acquired a 40 percent share in Nigeria’s leading insurance company Unistrust Insurance Co.
The transfer amount of the transaction was not disclosed by neither parties.
Saham was founded by current Moroccan Minister of Industry Moulay Hafid Elalamy back in 1995.
