A communiqué released by Morocco’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that “Morocco will be represented by the Foreign Minister at the rally held 11, 2015 in Paris” to remember the victims of the recent terrorist acts against Charlie Hebdo.
“In solidarity with the French people, following the cowardly terrorist attacks that shocked not only France, but also friendly countries, Morocco will be represented by the Foreign Minister at the rally held this Sunday in Paris,” the statement further noted.
“In the event that cartoons of the prophet (PBUH) are held during the rally, the Moroccan Foreign Minister or any other official would not take part,” the statement closed.
