Morocco, which is part of the US lead coalition fighting the terrorist organization, the so-called “Islamic” State of Iraq and Syria, has strongly condemned, and with the harshest terms, the despicable crime that claimed the life of the Jordanian pilot Mouad Al Kassasbeh.
A statement from Morocco’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs read that “the Kingdom of Morocco has learned with great sorrow and affliction the odious crime perpetrated by the despicable terrorism which claimed the life of the Jordanian pilot Mouad Al Kassasbeh.”
“Following this cruel loss, Morocco presents its sincere condolences to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to the brotherly Jordanian government and people,” the statement noted further.
“The Kingdom takes this opportunity to condemn, in the strongest terms, this cowardly act which is against the universal human values and principles, defending the right to life, reiterating its constant position of rejecting terrorism and expressing its entire solidarity with Jordan and with its efforts to face the scourge of terrorism and extremism,” the statement closed.
