The Moroccan Minister of commerce, Moulay Hafid Elalamy spoke recently before the Moroccan MBA Alumni association of the École des ponts ParisTech, and brought forth Morocco’s plan towards an effective industrial recovery, insisting that the “National Accelerated 2014-2020 Industrial Plan” will emphasize on the strengthening of “the informal to the formal transition.”
According to the Moroccan Minister, this will allow to optimize the social and economic impacts of public procurement, by requiring the introduction of 20% local content in each industrial contract.
