The Moroccan Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery said yesterday that the Jordanian King Abdullah II and his wife Queen Rania will be visiting Morocco between March 10-12, for an official working visit, at the invitation of King Mohammed VI.
According to the said source, in the wake of the visit, King Mohammed VI will be holding official talks with his guests and will offer in their honor an official dinner in Casablanca’s palace.
It is worth reminding that Morocco and Jordan are very close allies to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, withe both countries even being invited to join the oil-rich-countries club in May 2011, at a time when the so-called Arab spring was at its climax.
