Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- While speaking during the monthly general policy session in the Moroccan Parliament, Morocco’s head of the government Abedellilah Benkirane accused the opposition of “blackmailing the government’s work by all possible means.”

Benkirane also accused the opposition leaders of “being shallow and inane,” which lead the various parliamentarians of the opposition to stand up and answer Benkirane’s claims.

The parliament turned into a ring of box as a barrage of shouts and screams from all sides were addressed to Morocco’s head of the government from the opposition, asking him to retract his statements.

Benkirane shouted back saying: ” I won’t. I won’t retract my statements. It is your leader [referring to the General Secretary of the Istiqlal Hamid Chabat] who accused me of belonging to ISIS, before accusing me of belonging to the Israeli Mossad, and finally winding up this movie by accusing me of belonging to the Nosra Front.”

As parliamentarians belonging to the parties of the government coalition stood up and cheered on Benkirane, the head of the session struck his gavel against the sound block ordering the closing of the session.
