Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The fourth biggest operator of call centers in the world Acticall is establishing its footholds in another Moroccan city, with the company now establishing its third Morocco-based call center in Fez.
The inauguration of the locals of the said call center took place yesterday and saw the participation of the president and founder of Acticall group, Laurent Uberti.
It is worth reminding that Acticall has already two locals in Morocco’s industrial hub Casablanca.
Globally, the group has 18 locals, all located in France, Morocco (2 sites in Casablanca and 1 in Fez), 1 in Ivory Coast (Abidjan) and 1 in Brazil (Sao Paulo).
