Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The criminal who ordered his dog to attack a unit of police officers in Morocco’s El Jedida was handed a 10 months of jail sentence.

The owner of the dog is as a matter of fact a criminal under warranty.

Only two two days after his arrest, the court of first instance in El Jedida delivered its verdict.

The scuffle started when the head of a police unit approached the criminal to arrest him. Yet the criminal did not see it the peaceful way and decided to resist to the authorities, before ordering his dog to attack the police officers present at the scene.

The attack did not only cause severe leg and chest injuries to the head of the said police unit, but a second policeman was also wounded in his leg, while two others were also injured in different parts of their body.

In the post-gaze of the attack, all the four officers were immediately taken to a local hospital where they received the necessary medical treatment.
