Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Controversial Moroccan actress Loubna Abidar, one of the main actors in “Much Loved,” a movie that sparked a lot of controversy in Morocco, discussed (check the video above if you understand the Moroccan dialect) the assault with knives by strangers she was subject to on Thursday in Casablanca and asked for an official reception from King Mohammed VI or Benkirane, Morocco’s head of the government .

“If Mohammed VI does not receive me in 48 hours, I will apply for asylum in France,” Abidar said.

“I demand that Mohammed VI personally watches the movie and then we can talk,” Abidar added.

“Someone has to receive me. Le it be King Mohammed, Benkirane or any of Morocco’s big heads. And if nobody receives me in 48 hours, I will make a mess in Morocco, applying for asylum,” Abidar stressed.

Loubna claims that the Moroccan authorities made fun of her and that neither the authorities nor the private health clinics she went to in the post-gaze of the assault assisted her or provided medical support.

“I was attacked and when I went to the police they did not help me. They told me, ‘Finally, they beat you”, Loubna said earlier.

“No doctor was willing to treat me in all the private clinics I visited,” Loubna said.

It is worth reminding that the Casablanca police department said that “what Abidar stated on their behalf is an act of her imagination, allegations that are completely false.”
