Marrakesh, Morocco(TMT)- The Moroccan Firms General Confederation ( well know by its French acronym CGEM), headed by Ms. Meriem Bensalah Chaqroun, is on the verge of setting up a Moroccan-Swedish economic forum that will gather companies from both countries, in a bet to improve bilateral trade between Morocco and Sweden.

Moroccan economy paper Leconomiste said that this initiative was initiated by the CGEM in the first place.

The prospective forum will also seek ways to facilitate investment between the two countries as well as identify co-investment opportunities for Morocco and Sweden around the world, especially in Africa.
