Morocco qualified for the Afcon 2017 in Gabon after a fourth straight win in the qualifiers, this time prevailing 2-0 over Cap Verde in Rabat.
Youssef El Arabi, nicknamed “The Andalusian,” scored both goals.
Initially, the Grenada striker slotted home a penalty at the 55th minute (featured video on top), followed by a superb header six minutes later (video underneath) to double Morocco’s advantage and book a ticket to Gabon.
The Moroccan national team missed many occasions to add more goals, especially towards the last minutes of the game.
