Rabat, Morocco (TMT)– King Mohammed VI is paying an official visit to Egypt on the sidelines of his visit to the Gulf Cooperation countries (GCC) and Jordan, various Egyptian outlets said yesterday.
The Moroccan monarch will be meeting the Egyptian head of state Abdel fattah sisi, Egyptian papers Al Doustour and Al Wafd said.
The discussions between both leaders will focus on pressing issues of bilateral cooperation and international affairs.
It is worth reminding that the Egyptian foreign minister Sameh Choukri conveyed last year an invitation to King Mohammed VI from Sisi asking him to pay an official visit to Egypt.
