Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Highly controversial Moroccan actress Loubna Abidar, which rose to fame thanks to her role in the movie Much Loved, a movie that was banned in Morocco, revealed in her newly released book “La Dangereuse” that her dad raped her in her childhood.
According to Abidar, she tried many times to reveal this to her mother, but this latter refused to listen to her due to the prevalence of the “concept of virginity in Morocco.”
The revelation will only add up to the controversy surrounding the Moroccan actress, who currently lives in France.
Abidar said last year that she will apply for asylum in France due to the death threats she received in Morocco.
