Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan Minister of Justice and Liberties, Mustapha Ramid, said this afternoon while speaking in the Moroccan parliament that “Morocco needs to address the growing scourge of pedophilia by instilling tougher sanctions to deter the perpetrators.”
The Moroccan Minister even said that he personally believes criminals who molest kids, and then kill them, should receive the death penalty.
“In my personal opinion, if someone molests a child and then kills him, then this person should receive the death penalty.”
“And this decision [death penalty] needs to be executed,” Ramid stressed.
