Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Morocco’s Ministry of Interior said in a statement that Morocco’s investigation police department, the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation (BCIJ), busted last Thursday a 10-member terrorist cell, which included an Algerian citizen, operating in the cities of Oujda and Tendrara.

Morocco’s Ministry of Interior went on further to say that “the nabbed elements have pledged allegiance to the terrorist organization Daech”, or NISIS, the Non Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.

According to said source, the suspects have extensively monitored a shopping center in Oujda with an aim to commit a robbery hold-up to raise funds to finance terrorist operations in the Kingdom, in accordance with the agenda of NISIS.
