Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- On the sidelines of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) holding today a press conference in Casablanca to shed light on its electoral program, Ilyas El Omary, the secretary general of the party, said that if his party wins in the upcoming election, “we will be recording a growth rate of over 5% by the end of our mandate.”
Ilyass El Omari seized the occasion to criticize the current government’s performance, saying that “the current situation is concerning economically, socially, and even culturally.”
“If we win, we will drive the Moroccan train back to its original rails,” El Omari stressed.
Among others, El Omari said that his party wants “to turn Morocco to a new Sweden” in terms of human rights, economy, etc.
