Moroccan Teacher Sanaa Hissame Passes Away in Indonesia

Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- 26-year-old Moroccan teacher Sanaa Hissame passed away in the vicinity of Bali, Indonesia after losing control of her motorcycle and rolling down a ravine.

Sanae was visiting Indonesia with her Serbian friend Wilijana Vujaklija for tourism purposes, the Indonesian news outlet Antara Bali said.

Wilijana said that both were heading to the Lovina beach to watch dolphins in the sea, on the sidelines of the Festival Lovina Buleleng.

The young EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher passed away at the hilly Kaliasem area of Buleleng, North Bali.

The head of Buleleng Police’s traffic unit told Antara Bali that “the victim had an accident due to brake failure and ultimately plunged into a ravine as deep as five meters.”

The said event occurred on the last day of the Eid Al Adha celebration-days, Wednesday, as early as 6 am.

Sanae has been working as an EFL instructor for the last seven years, according to her Linkedin page.

The late is a former Full bright scholarship graduate. She holds her Master’s degree from Indiana University Blomington.

Before that, Sanae studied at the Kenitra-based Université Ibn Tofail where she received her bachelor’s degree.

Sanae wished all her friends and family a happy Eid El Adha before quitting this world.

Her last Facebook post read the following, “Eid Mubarak to all my family and friends. Allah yataquabal minkom saliha ala3mal Inshallah”
