Morocco’s Justice and Development Party Wins General Elections with 125 seats

Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan Minister of Interior communicated this morning the final results of Morocco’s parliamentary elections, the second since king Mohammed VI introduced limited constitutional reforms after the Arab Spring uprising.

As follow is the final results, by number of parliamentary seats:

1- PJD (Party of Justice and Development), 125 parliamentary seats.

2- PAM (Party of Authenticity and Modernity), 102 parliamentary seats.

3- Al Istiqlal party (IP), 46 parliamentary seats

4- Rally of Independents (RNI), 37 parliamentary seats.

5- Popular Movement (MP), 27 parliamentary seats.

6- Socialist Union of Popular Forces (USFP), 20 seats.

7- Constitutional Union (UC), 19 parliamentary seats.

8- Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS), 12 parliamentary seats.

9- Democratic and Social Movement, 3 parliamentary seats.

10- Federation of Democratic Left (FGD), 2 parliamentary seats.
