Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- A new Twist in the German authorities investigation of last Monday’s terror plot against a Christmas market in Berlin has occurred as investigators discovered the resident permit of a Tunisian man under the driver’s seat of the truck used in Monday’s attack.
The man in question is Anis Amri, 23, from Tunisia.
German prosecutors have warned that the man could be armed and dangerous.
The suspect was already under investigation for a terror plot earlier this year, on suspicion of seeking to buy guns.
The German authorities are offering a reward of up to €100,000 for information leading to his arrest.
