Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan Association for the Protection of Consumers Rights were caught very concerned vis-à-vis the quality of the aid products Morocco received from China.

According to a story on Morocco’s most-read news outlet Hespress, those concerns have been echoed following various reports from Spain, the Netherlands, Turkey, and other African countries stressing that a huge quantity of medical face masks imported from China was recalled as “they did not meet the quality standard.”

The Head of the Moroccan Association, Bouaaza Al Kharati, told Hespress that “Morocco should painstakingly investigate the quality of all medical material it received from China.”

“Morocco has a well-known face masks manufacturing plant. I think the authorities should rely on this plant instead and ask them to raise the production of such items,” Al Kharati stressed.
