Morocco: 89 coronavirus patients in intensive care

Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan Minister of Health Khalid Ait Taleb said that the number of coronavirus patients currently admitted in intensive care stands, at the time of writing, at 89.

According to the Moroccan Minister, the aforementioned number represents 5% of Morocco’s intensive care capacity.

The Health Minister also noted that the death toll percentage has decreased considerably, to stand at 4.6%.

Ait Taleb, who was speaking amid a plenary session in the house of representatives of the Moroccan parliament today, said that 80% of all COVID-19 patients admitted in Morocco’s hospitals across the kingdom show “mild symptoms.”
