Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- 4 young Moroccans were arrested last week after they hijacked an online class session, live streaming porn to young students of a private school in Rabat.
The event is believed to have happened earlier last week.
The teacher contacted the school’s director, which prompted this latter to lodge a complaint with the Moroccan cyber-crime police.
The event triggered a wave of condemnation, especially among the students’ parents, who did not fathom the hackers’ rationale behind live streaming porn to pupils, especially that it occurred during the month of Ramadan, deemed a month of worship and humility for Muslims.
It did not take the cyber-crime unit much time to reach the culprits, 3 of whom live in Rabat, while another is a Temara native.
They were all arrested early this week.
