Discovered oil in Morocco officially deemed Noncommercial

Moroccan Agency Press reported the Moroccan Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Mining saying a well that Cairn Energy is drilling on the Juby Maritime block did not unveil a reservoir of good quality oil.

The British oil company is expected to provide more details on this as soon as it publishes its 2013 results.

It is worth pointing out that this is the second noncommercial oil discovery announced by Cairn Energy.

This year, Cairn plans to drill nine more wells.
