France welcomes proposed judicial reform in Morocco

hollandkingFrance welcomed yesterday the last juridical reform aiming to end the jurisdiction of military courts over civilians in Morocco.

France’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Romain Nadal said : “This is a draft law which aims to reinforce the rule of law,”

“If it was definitively adopted, this would represent a new step forward in the coherence with the reforms undertaken since the adoption of the Constitution of 2011,” he added.
