France welcomed yesterday the last juridical reform aiming to end the jurisdiction of military courts over civilians in Morocco.
France’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Romain Nadal said : “This is a draft law which aims to reinforce the rule of law,”
“If it was definitively adopted, this would represent a new step forward in the coherence with the reforms undertaken since the adoption of the Constitution of 2011,” he added.
