Radio Mars said some “Elements” armed with knives and swords stormed Wydad’s club locker rooms.
The incident happened yesterday afternoon when Wydad Players were rejoicing a training session.
Said Fattah, a Wydad player, said to Hespress Sport those elements targeted player Yassine Lakhal and coach Mustapha Shahid.
The aggressors were able also to steal money and mobile phones from the players’ locker rooms.
Up to now, no public statement has been made by the club’s administration.
The aggressors are are believed to be angry Wydad fans, we understand.
