The Moroccan times understands that Robert Pattinson (Twilight’s main character), Nikole Kidman, James Franco, and Damian Lewis are shooting a movie in Morocco.
The movie is directed by Werner Herzog and entitled “Queen of the Desert”.
The movie follows the life of Gertrude Bell, “a traveler, writer, archaeologist, explorer, cartographer, and political attaché for the British Empire at the dawn of the twentieth century”.
Damian Lewis recently discussed the project with Entertainment Weekly Magazine, saying, “I’m about to go work with Werner Herzog, [the film] Queen of the Desert, with Nicole Kidman, James Franco, Robert Pattinson and myself. We’re going to shoot that in Morocco”.
“Queen of the Desert” is expected to hit movie theaters in 2015.
