Researchers at Samsung have claimed a new breakthrough by developing a new technique for synthesizing graphene on a larger scale.
Graphene is an ultra-thin material of great strength and flexibility. It is more conductive to electrical charges and heat than silicon. It is stronger than steel, yet highly flexible, which makes of it a great potential for the commercial production of bendable ultra thin screens.
Samsung declared that this material will be of great importance as the company is moving towards wearable technology, such as the Samsung SmartWatch.
