Agadir, Morocco (TMT)- According to a communiqué The Moroccan Times received, 300 crocodiles will be released in the basins of CROCOPARC Agadir on Saturday, May 30, in a event that will mark the inauguration of the said park.
CROCOPARC will not only be the first crocodile park in the Region of Souss Massa Draa, but the first of its kind in the Moroccan kingdom.
The to-be inaugurated park spreads over 4 acres, in a beautiful natural landscape, in the vicinity of the city of Agadir.
CROCOPARC will offer as well a relaxation, entertainment, shopping and a food court for its visitors.
The following images shed light on Crocoparc’s main gate, some of the crocodiles the park currently hosts, in addition to some of the park’s facilities.
The 300 crocodiles to be released during the inauguration ceremony are of the breed: Nile crocodile (Crocodylus Niloticus).
