Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Around 100 people belonging to the Takadoum neighberhood in Rabat,demonstrated this morning in front of the house of one of the two gays, located in the Takadoum neighborhood as well, who kissed recently in front of the Hassan Tower in Rabat, a historical minaret of an incomplete mosque in the said city. Some demonstrators were holding placards featuring the image of the two gays who kissed in front of the said holy place.
Among the slogans the demonstrators were shouting, the one could hear, “this is a shame. This is a shame. Our Islam is in danger,” including “we wont let you desecrate our holy places.”
“We will stand against LGBT. We refuse LGBT,” others were shouting.
As the video underneath shows, the mother of one of the gays was forced to leave her house at some moment in front of the amounting wave of anger and shootings carried out in front of the house.
