Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan Police is investigating a possible hate crime in which two gays, who were caught by locals of the city of Beni Mellal in flagrante delicto having sex, were attacked and assaulted.
A video which was shared heavily among Moroccans shows one of the two gays heavily bleeding from his head following the assault.
“You are gays, I curse your God,” the man who was assaulting them said.
“You son of a be***,” another person was heard saying.
“Call the police. Call the police right away to take those two gays away,” another person was caught saying.
The one could hear a person asking the assaulter to back off and stop beating the two men. Towards the end of the video, as his supplication received a deaf ear, he started asking the assaulter to “not hit in the head.”
According to local media outlets, both gays, including those who assaulted them were arrested.
