Various Protests Across Morocco in support of the late “Mouhcine Fikri”

Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Morocco will witness an array of popular protests across various Moroccan cities to denounce the death of Mohcine Fikri, the 31-year-old fish seller who was killed inhumanly inside a trash municipality truck, grinded to death.

In Alhoceima, peaceful protests are currently taking place, in parallel with the taking place of the funeral prayers of the late, drawing huge numbers of people, estimated at around 10000 people by locals.

A protest is also set to take place this afternoon at 5 PM in Morocco’s capital Rabat, right in front of the Moroccan parliament.

Around 400 people in Tetouan took to the streets this morning and staunchly criticized the authorities for the sad toll as the video underneath shows.

Morocco’s industrial hub Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, Kenitra, Nador, Oujda, Agadir, Marrakesh, Essaouira, among various other Moroccan cities will also witness demonstrations, either today or tomorrow, to denounce the despicable death of Mohcine Fikri.
